Use SFEC Form 112b to request an electronic filing account for a San Francisco committee required to file electronic campaign disclosure statements. The Commission will only accept SFEC Form 112b from an authorized committee treasurer or representative with an active Netfile User Account.
You may also use this form to change the committee officer in control of the committee account or provide written notice that your committee intends to voluntarily opt to file electronic statements in lieu of paper statements.
If you do not have a Netfile User Account, please create a new account first and then submit the SFEDS account registration form for the committee.
Please note: This form requires review and approval of SFEC staff before access is granted to a committee’s electronic filing account.
