At its meeting on Monday, September 23, 2013, at 5:30 p.m.
in Room 400 City Hall, the San Francisco Ethics Commission will discuss draft amendments
to regulations governing the handling of violations of the Sunshine
Ordinance. Since the Commission’s
Regulations for Violations of the Sunshine Ordinance took effect on January 25,
2013, staff has identified several provisions that require modification.
The proposed regulations will be available for review at the
Commission office and on its website.
