Contact Lobbyists

San Francisco law requires persons who are paid to contact a City officer to influence local legislative or administrative action on behalf of a client or employer to register and file reports disclosing their lobbying activity. It also imposes certain restrictions on these lobbyists.

Calendar Year 2023 Reregistration

Lobbyists registered in calendar year 2022 must reregister for calendar year 2023 between January 1, 2023 and February 1, 2023 or the registration will be terminated.
