Laws

The City’s Campaign Consultant Ordinance is found at Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code section 1.500 et seq.

The Ethics Commission has also promulgated regulations implementing the Campaign Consultant Ordinance.

Note also that the Lobbyist Ordinance imposes limitations on lobbying by campaign consultants and their employees.
