Notice of Discussion and Possible Action on Proposed Regulations at the June 29, 2015 Special Meeting of the Ethics Commission

At its special meeting on Monday, June 29, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. in Room 400, City Hall, the San Francisco Ethics Commission will discuss and possibly adopt draft regulations which would impose electronic filing requirements for employees who file Statements of Economic Interests (FPPC Form 700) pursuant to the City’s conflict of interest code.  A draft of the proposed regulations is available for review on the Commission web site and at the Commission office.  Staff may make further changes to the draft regulations based on public input and will post and circulate the version of the regulations that will be considered by the Commission with the June 29, 2015 agenda.
