Consideration of Proposed Bylaws Amendment Continued to September 26, 2016

The Ethics Commission’s July 25, 2016 Regular Meeting agenda and Amended Regular Meeting agenda noticed possible action by the Commission to amend its bylaws. The proposed amendment would establish a process regarding requests for public records directed toward Members of the Ethics Commission and a notification requirement for its Executive Director.

At its meeting on July 25, the Ethics Commission continued the item until its next regular meeting, and cancelled its scheduled August meeting. As a result, the Proposed Bylaws amendment will be scheduled for the next Regular Meeting of the Commission on Monday, September 26, beginning at 5:30 pm in Room 400 City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco.

The proposed amendment and the Commission’s existing Bylaws can be viewed online and downloaded from the Ethics Commission’s web site atwww.sfethics.org.
