If you have paid a registration fee or a client fee, please ensure that you have completed any other requirements or filings associated with your registration process. If you have paid a Lobbyist Registration Fee, you will receive a communication from the Ethics Commission notifying you when your account is active.

Late Fees

If you have paid a late fee, no further action is needed from you at this time.

Penalties and Enforcement Fees

If you have paid an Administrative Penalty that resulted from either settlement (a Stipulated Order) or litigation (a Hearing on the Merits), please contact the Director of Enforcement at ethics.commission@sfgov.org or 415-252-3100 to confirm whether further action may be needed from you.
