Nature of Contract

The grant establishes a revolving loan fund to support energy efficiency improvements in multifamily affordable housing LIIF and ECLF will manage the fund, underwrite loans, and provide technical assistance to the owners and managers of permanent affordable housing. Funding for the loan fund comes from the State Energy Program (SEP) managed by the California Energy Commission.
