Nature of Contract
Senate Bill 286 added sections 2370-2374 to the Streets & Highways Code, which requires the selection of all transportation enhancement grant awards to be selected based on ability to partner with, or commit to employ the services of a Community Conservation Corps or the California Conservaiton Corps, SFRA, and DPW are committed to working with the local Conservation Corps as subconstractor performing mosaic tile installation, planting & landscape restoration.
