Nature of Contract
Loan for third year predevelopment costs for the Project known as Potrero Terrace and Amex. This work shall include but shall not be limited to financial feasibility analysis, state and federal environmental review proesses, the design work required to obtain the land use entitlements, the community facilities planning and the development of a master development agreement for the Project with the San Francisco Housing Authority, tentative mapping, infrastructure design and phasing, community building activities and general administration and project management.
