Nature of Contract
Amendment to Hunters View Associates L.P. (HVA) Loan Agreement to rectify an error made in a previous amendment that assigned a portion of the loan funds to HV Partners 1 (HVP!). HVP1 acknowledges and agrees to assign back to Borrower the $475,000 in 2008 Predevelopment Loan funds that were erroneously assigned to HVP1 under the Modification Agreement dated June 24, 2011.
