Nature of Contract
Financing in association with Commercial Paper (HOPE SF Funds) to HV Partners 1, L.P. in connection with the financing for the Hunters View Phase 1 project, which consists of infrastructure improvements of approximately 107 units of affordable housing. This amendment increases the loan amount. Original contract amount $1,442,845 dated June 24, 2011 this Amendment will increase the Loan by $475,000 of Commercial Paper (HOPE SF) funds.
