Nature of Contract
The contractor will stabilize a rock slide on the road to South Fork Adit in Tuolumne County. The scope of work includes:
– Remove the remaining hanging rock that is likely to fall in the near future,
– Blast the larger rocks on the roadway, into sizes that Hetch Hetchy forces can remove and haul away, and
– Place rock bolts and install wire mesh to further help stabilize any remaining rock.
