Amended and Restated Loan Agreement which adds $7,806,476 to previous financing to provide acquisition and construction financing to Mercy Housing California 50, a California Limited Partnership,with Mercy Housing West, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, as its general partner, for the construction of a 90 unit multifamily rental housing project known as 121 Golden Gate Avenue Senior Community.
