Nature of Contract
To finance predevelopment and construction costs in connection with the proposed construction of a building witn 98 residential units for very low income seniors ages 62 and above, 20% of which will servce formerly homeless seniors referred by the City of San Francisco Department of Public Health, which will be known as Rosa Parks II. This is an Amended and Restated Loan Agreement which originally closed in Fall 2011.
