Collaborative agreement with the Department of Rehabilitation. The San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) provides a cash match with the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) to provide vocational rehabilitation training, employment preparation and employment placement services for adults with severe mental illness.
