Nature of Contract
This is an amendment to the original predevelopment HOPE SF Loan for Rebuild Potrero. These funds will increase the original HOPE SF Loan by $1,446,165 for a total loan amount of $5,408,965. Rebuild Potrero will rebuild and redesign 38 acres of public housing, increasing the number of affordable housing units from 606 to over 1,000 units. These additional predevelopment funds will be used for the project environmental reviews, land use entitlements, financial feasibility analysis, tentative mapping and infrastructure design and phasing.
