Nature of Contract
Funds will be used to finance reconstruction of infrastructure within the Hunters View Phase II site, which shall include: (i) completely replacing all existing major utility systems (water, sewer, storm drainage, electrical, phone, cable television, etc.); and (ii) redesigning and rebuilding streets, sidewalks and landscaping to provide greater livability, accessibility, and connection with the surrounding community.
