At its regular meeting on Monday, July 28, 2014, at 5:30 p.m. in Room 400, City Hall, the San Francisco Ethics Commission will discuss and possibly adopt draft regulations implementing an ordinance passed by the Board of Supervisors on June 17, 2014, amending the City’s Lobbyist Ordinance and imposing new reporting requirements for “permit expediters” and certain real estate developers. A copy of the ordinance and a draft of the proposed regulations are available for review on the Commission web site and at the Commission office. Staff may make further changes to the draft regulations based on public input and will post and circulate the version of the regulations that will be considered by the Commission with the July 28, 2014 agenda.
