Nature of Contract
Loan for fourth year predevelopment costs for the Project known as Sunnydale Public Housing. This work shall include but shall not be limited to financial feasibility analysis, state and federal environmental review processes, the design work required to obtain the land use entitlements and the development of a master development agreement for the Project with the San Francisco Housing Authority, tentative mapping, infrastructure design and phasing, and general administration and project management.
