Nature of Contract
To finance predevelopment and construction costs in connection with the construction of a building with 98 residential units for very low income seniors ages 62 and above, 20% of which will serve formerly homeless seniors referred by the City of San Francisco Department of Public Health, which will be known as Rosa Parks II. This is the Second Amended and Restated Loan Agreement which incorporates all City financing.

Multifamily Housing Revenue Bond and Incumbency Certificate associated with the multifamily revenue bond issuance authorized by Board action on July 8, 2014. The Multifamily Housing Revenue Bond in the amount of $29,866,172.00 will provide construction financing to Rosa Parks II, L.P., to construct 98 units of affordable senior housing.
