Notice of Change of Date for Discussion and Possible Action on Proposed Form 700 E-Filing Regulations

This Notice updates a previous notice sent on May 6, 2015 regarding draft regulations that would impose electronic filing requirements for all employees who file Statements of Economic Interests (FPPC Form 700) pursuant to the City’s conflict of interest code.

The San Francisco Ethics Commission will not consider such draft regulations at its meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Instead, the Commission will discuss and possibly adopt such draft regulations at its regular meeting on Monday, June 22, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. in Room 400, City Hall.

A draft of the proposed regulations is available for review on the Commission web site and at the Commission office.  Staff may make further changes to the draft regulations based on public input and will post and circulate the version of the regulations that will be considered by the Commission with the June 22, 2015 agenda.
