2024 Public Finance Audit Cycle
The Audits Division’s primary goal for calendar year 2025 was the competition of the 27 audits of publicly financed candidates in the 2024 election, referred to by Staff as the 2024 Public Finance Audit Cycle. The Division completed the final audit in March 2026. This presentation provides information about the goals and methodology of the Audit Cycle and various statistics about the Auditors’ work, as well as an overview of major findings and trends discovered through the audits.
