Status of Voluntary Expenditure Ceilings (VECs) in November 8, 2011 Election
|City elective office||Amount of VEC||Status of VEC|
|District Attorney||$243,000||No candidate in this race has yet accepted the VEC.|
|Sheriff||$243,000||No candidate in this race has yet accepted the VEC.|
Under S.F. Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code 1.128, a candidate who wishes to accept the voluntary expenditure ceiling must file Form SFEC-128 no later than the August 12, 2011 deadline for filing nomination papers.
