Nature of Contract
Construction financing in association with tax-exempt bond issuance. HV Partners 1, L.P. is the Borrower in connection with the conduit financing for the Hunhters View Phase 1 project. Citibank, the Funding Lender (i) will advance funds (the "Funding Loan") to or for the account of the Governmental Lender, and (ii) apply the proceeds of the Funding Loan to make a loan (the "Borrower Loan") to the Borrower to finance the acquistion, construction and development of a multifamily rental housing development located int he CIty known as Hunters View Phase 1.
