Nature of Contract
Financing approved in May 2012, for the development of 74 units of affordable family housing plus one manager's unit, ground floor commercial and ancillary residential spaces on a San Francisco Redevelopment Agency owned parcel at 235 Broadway between Sansome and Battery Streets. Due to unforeseen delays with the Project, City and Borrower now desire to amend the Loan Agreement to allocate more of the Funding Amount of predevelopment costs,and to allow for reimbursement of costs that Borrower may have incurred prior to the execution of the Loan Agreement.
