Nature of Contract
This third Amendment will increase the original loan amount to $7,946,944. These additional funds will allow the developer the ability to move forward with the infrastructure and vertical construction of new affordable rental housing on Phase IIA (Blocks 7 and 11) at the Hunters View public housing site.
