Nature of Contract

The contractor will provide project management support services to assist the Airport staff for the Airport’s Terminal 1 Center Renovation Project (“Project”) in a coordinated and methodical manner. Specific areas of expertise required include: terminal design management and construction phasing, project-level cost/schedule controls, project management/construction management coordination, cost estimating, document control, project management systems, and other administrative support functions and operations. The Project will include: the complete renovation of the center area of Terminal 1 to include the construction of a new architectural building envelope for the Terminal, complete electrical, HVAC, and special systems replacement; renovations and upgrades to the check-in facilities and passenger screening checkpoint; a meet and greet area; and passenger amenities also consistent with the Terminal 2 and Boarding Area E. The Project will also include a new consolidated common use baggage handling system and checked baggage screening system.
