Treasurers—and assistant treasurers who sign and verify campaign statements—are required by law to attend a training conducted by the Ethics Commission after filing an original or amended Statement of Organization or Form 410 designating a new treasurer. An individual who serves as the treasurer for more than one committee is not required to attend a required training if that individual has attended such a training within the previous 12 months. (See San Francisco Campaign & Governmental Conduct Code § 1.107.)
Please R.S.V.P by providing your name, committee name, phone number, and email to the:
San Francisco Ethics Commission
25 Van Ness Ave., Suite 220
(415) 252-3100

An R.S.V.P. is required to aid in reducing paper waste by producing an exact number of handouts for participants. Also, please note that this training will be cancelled if there is insufficient interest. Therefore, if you are planning to attend, you must sign up no later than the dates listed above.
